First Expressions customizable Visa check card product:

Can my Joint Owner have a different photo on their Card?
Yes. You can select which card the photo will go on when you start the design process. You can upload a unique photo to each card, but this is not required.

What do I need to create a First Expression Card?
You need to be a current cardholder at First Bank & Trust, have the last 6 digits of your card number available; last four digits of your social; and your email address. You will also need to agree to the Terms & Conditions on the First Expressions link for current instructions, image specifications and computer requirements.

How do I design a First Expressions Card?
Log onto First Expressions link and click ‘Upload Image’ in the main navigation area. You will be prompted to upload your favorite digital photo, preview your card and click Finish.

Can I change my photo?
Yes. You can change your photo as often as you like. The $10.00 fee will be charged for each new First Expressions Card you order within one year.

Can I order a First Expressions card?
As long as your card number begins with 401842, you can upload your image today. If you card begins with any different number, you will need to contact your local branch.

When will I get my new card?
Your new card will be mailed to you and will arrive within 1-2 weeks. You can continue using your current First Bank & Trust Card until your First Expression Card arrives; destroy your old card once you receive your new card.

Is this secure?
Yes. You only provide the last 6 digits of the card number and will never be asked to disclose your full card number, PIN or full Social Security number

What format does the digital photo need to be in?
The photo needs to be a high resolution JPEG (.jpg or .jpeg).

What size does my digital photo need to be?
A minimum size of 100.0 KB, up to a maximum size of 3.0 MB. The larger your photo is, the better your First Expressions Card will turn out. Low resolution photos not of the required size will not be accepted. Full color photographic images produce the best results. Solid colors or large areas of white create color variations.

Can I retouch my image?
All image retouching needs to be done on your own before uploading the photo.

What images are not acceptable?
Please see the “What content is acceptable” in step 1 when uploading your photo for more information.

Where does my digital photo need to be stored?
Your digital photo needs to be stored on your computer so you can upload it to the First Expressions Card image selection step.

How do I convert my photo into a digital photo?
Your local photo center should be able to convert your printed photo into a digital photo for a nominal fee.

What if I don't have a digital photo?
We have several generic image library photos available for to choose from – you will see them when you reach step 1 of the First Expressions select a photo page.

How will I know if my image is rejected?
Your local branch will contact you.
