Getting Started
The cost is free.
Signing Up: First, enroll in Online Banking at www.firstbank.com.
Complete the online enrollment form. Your banking ID will be mailed
to you within 10 business days. Once you have enrolled in Online Banking,
go to your local First Bank & Trust office, let them know you've
enrolled in Online Banking, and tell them you want to sign up for
Online Bill Pay.
Accessing your online account: After you've received your online banking
ID and PIN, simply go to www.firstbank.com. Select Online Banking
and you will be prompted to enter your online banking ID and PIN.
The first time you log in, your PIN will be the last four digits of
your social security number. You will be required to change your PIN
the first time you access Online Banking.
Guaranteed security. Your banking information never travels the internet
without encryption protection.
Login sessions have a time out limit. After the limit is reached,
you are required to login again.
PIN guessing is detected and reported. Internet security is not a
one-time task. We are constantly developing and implementing security
enhancements to ensure the integrity of our online banking system.
