Eligibility: The sweepstakes is open to U.S residents who are at least 18 years of age. Employees, Directors and Officers of The First Bank and Trust Company, the organizations involved and their subsidiaries, as well as members of their immediate family are not eligible to win the $300 donation prize.
How to Enter: You do not have to be a customer of First Bank and Trust Company to enter the sweepstakes. No purchase or account opening is required to win. Limit one entry per person. To enter, go to the First Bank & Trust Company Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/FirstBankAndTrust1979/ and click the “Like” button and comment on the original post. Entry tasks must be completed by midnight on December 20th, 2018. All other forms of entry will become the property of the Bank and will not be acknowledged.
Contest Period: The contest begins on December 3rd, 2018 at 5PM EST and ends on December 20th, 2018 at 11:59PM EST. The winner will be notified on or before December 23rd, 2018. The winner will be announced by December 26th, 2018. All entries must be received on or before 11:59PM EST on December 20th, 2018 to be considered. First Bank and Trust Company reserves the right to extend or shorten the contest at their sole discretion.
Prize: The $300 donation is not redeemable for cash. No substitutions of prizes or winners will be permitted.
Notification: The winner will be notified by December 23rd, 2018 by private message via Facebook, telephone call, or email if provided. The winner will have 48 hours to verbally claim their prize. The winner will be asked to visit a designated First Bank and Trust Company location to take a photo with the check which will be sent directly to a charity of the winners choice. By accepting any prize from First Bank and Trust, the winner consents to the use of his or her name, likeness and any other information for any and all advertising/publicity purposes without further consideration, except where prohibited by law.
Limitation of Liability: First Bank and Trust Company is not responsible for any damages, loss or liability with respect to the use of the prizes awarded in the sweepstakes, or any incomplete, lost, or late entries. First Bank and Trust Company reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if fraud or technical problems question the integrity of the sweepstakes.
Odds: The odds of being the prize sweepstakes winner depends on the total number of eligible entries received.
General Conditions: This sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. This sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. By entering into the sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decision of First Bank and Trust Company as to who is the prize winner. First Bank and Trust Company reserves the right to restrict donations to political organizations or charities that are offensive in nature.

Winner’s Name: To receive the name of the prize winner, after December 23rd, 2018, visit First Bank and Trust’s Facebook page or send a self-addressed envelope to First Bank & Trust Company, “Facebook” Sweepstakes Winner, 18528 Lee Hwy, Abingdon, VA 24212.
