Contest rules
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. Employees of The First Bank and Trust Company and the organizations involved in the promotion (and their subsidiaries) are eligible to win the prize. Eligibility: The contest is open to U.S. residents who are at least 18 years of age.
How to Enter: No purchase or account opening is required to win. Limit one comment per person. Submit your entry by commenting on the contest post on either Facebook or Instagram. All comments must be submitted between the contest period in order to be considered.
Contest Period: The contest will begin on Tuesday, February 7th, 2023 at 9:00 AM EST and will conclude on Friday, February 10th, 2023 at 3:00 PM EST. The winner of the contest will be selected by 4:00 PM EST on Friday, February 10th, 2023.
Prize: One person who guesses the correct/closest number of M&Ms in the jar shown above will win the contents of the video attached. The contest prize includes: one mug, one plush blanket, Valentine’s Day jar with First Bank and Trust branded M&Ms, and one $50 gift card to Texas Roadhouse. The prize will be available for pick-up at the First Bank and Trust Company branch that is closest to the winner by the following week. The prize will not be redeemable for cash. No substitutions for the prize or winner will be permitted.
Notification: The winner of the contest will be notified individually through Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct Messenger by 4:00 PM EST on Friday, February 10th, 2023. By accepting any prize from First Bank and Trust Company, the winner consents to the use of his or her name, likeness and any other information for any and all advertising/publicity purposes without further considerations, except where prohibited by law.
Limitation of Liability: First Bank and Trust Company is not responsible for any damages, loss or liability with respect to the use of the prizes awarded in the contest, or any incomplete, lost, or late entries. First Bank and Trust Company reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if fraud or technical problems question the integrity of the contest.
Odds: The odds of being the prize contest winner depends on the total number of eligible entries received. Only one entry per individual, duplicate entries will not be eligible.
General Conditions: This contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. This contest will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. By entering into the contest, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decision of First Bank and Trust Company as to who is the prize winner.
