Eligibility: The sweepstakes is open to U.S residents who are at least 18 years of age. Employees, Directors and Officers of The First Bank and Trust Company and members of their immediate family are not eligible to win the $200 in cash.
How to Enter: You do not have to be a customer of First Bank and Trust Company to enter the sweepstakes. No purchase or First Bank and Trust account is required to win. Limit one entry per person. Go to our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/FirstBankAndTrust1979/ and click the “Like” button and comment on the contest post with your guess of the total number of plastic and Robin eggs in the jar. Entry tasks must be completed by midnight on March 28th, 2018 to participate in the sweepstakes. All entries after this date will not be acknowledged.
Contest Period: The contest begins on March 14th, 2018 and ends on March 28th, 2018 at 11:59PM EST. The winner will be notified by March 29th, 2018. The winner will be announced by April 2nd, 2018. All entries must be received on or before 11:59PM EST on March 28th, 2018 to be considered. First Bank and Trust Company reserves the right to extend or shorten the contest at it’s sole discretion.
Prize: The prize of $200 cash is not transferable, not redeemable for any other gift and no substitutions of prizes or winners will be permitted.
Notification: The winner will be notified by Thursday, March 29th, 2018 by private message via Facebook. The winner will have 48 hours to claim their prize. By accepting any prize from First Bank and Trust, the winner consents to the use of his or her name, likeness and any other information for any and all advertising/publicity purposes without further consideration, except where prohibited by law. The winner will be announced on social media by Monday, April 2nd, 2018.
Limitation of Liability: First Bank and Trust Company is not responsible for any damages, loss or liability with respect to the use of the prizes awarded in the sweepstakes, or any incomplete, lost, or late entries. First Bank and Trust Company reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if fraud or technical problems question the integrity of the sweepstakes.
Odds: The odds of being the prize sweepstakes winner depends on the total number of eligible entries received.
General Conditions: This sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. This sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. By entering into the sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decision of First Bank and Trust Company as to who is the prize winner. By entering into the sweepstakes, entrants agree to receive responses and messages from The First Bank and Trust Company.
