First Bank and Trust Company Giveaway Terms and Conditions
By filling out the entry form, you are providing your information to The First Bank and Trust Company. The information you provide will only be used for marketing insights of The First Bank & Trust Company giveaway. Eligibility: The sweepstakes is open to U.S residents who are at least 18 years of age.
How to Enter: You do not have to be a customer of First Bank and Trust Company to enter the giveaway. No purchase or account opening is required to win. Limit one entry per person. Submit your entry by completing all required fields above. Entry tasks must be completed during the giveaway period beginning January 4, 2023 - March 14, 2023 to be eligible. All other forms of entry will become the property of the Bank and will not be acknowledged.
Contest Period: The contest begins on January 4th, 2023 at 9:00AM EST and ends on March 14th, 2023 at 11:59PM EST. Ten winners will be selected and notified throughout the contest period. One winner will be randomly selected weekly, beginning January 11th, 2023. The final winner will be randomly selected on March 15th, 2023. All entries must be received on or before 11:59PM EST on March 14, 2023 to be considered. First Bank and Trust Company reserves the right to extend or shorten the contest at their sole discretion.
Prize: One annual TechSideline.com subscription (worth $100 in value). The TechSideline.com subscription will not be redeemable for cash. No substitutions for the giveaway or winners will be permitted.
Notification: Winners will be notified by email or telephone call. Each winner will have 48 hours to claim their prize by responding to First Bank and Trust Company. By accepting any prize from First Bank and Trust, the winner consents to the use of his or her name, likeness and any other information for any and all advertising/publicity purposes without further consideration, except where prohibited by law.
Limitation of Liability: First Bank and Trust Company is not responsible for any damages, loss or liability with respect to the use of the prizes awarded in the sweepstakes, or any incomplete, lost, or late entries. First Bank and Trust Company reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if fraud or technical problems question the integrity of the sweepstakes.
Odds: The odds of being the prize sweepstakes winner depends on the total number of eligible entries received. Only one entry per individual, duplicate entries will not be eligible.
General Conditions: This sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. This sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. By entering into the sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decision of First Bank and Trust Company as to who is the prize winner.
Privacy Policy: Information provided by you under this giveaway is subject to the First Bank and Trust Company Privacy Policy located on www.firstbank.com.
Winner’s Name: To receive the names of the prize winners, after March 15, 2023, email marketing@firstbank.com with the subject "TechSideline Giveaway Winner" or send a self-addressed envelope to First Bank & Trust Company, 18528 Lee Hwy, Abingdon, VA 24212.
