1. How long does it take for my card to arrive?
You should receive the pin in 3 – 5 business days and the card 5-7 business days after you receive the pin.

2. What are my limits?
The limits are preset to $500 ATM and $2000 POS per day. These amounts can be increased or decreased by contacting your local office for officer approval. ]

3. How do I activate my card?
By calling 1-800-216-4223, and entering the requested information. This is on the sticker located on the front of the card.

4. What if my card is lost or stolen?
You contact your local office if during business hours, if after hours or on weekends call 1-800-528-2273 and speak with a representative. This service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.

5. Can I use my card outside of the US?
Yes, you will need to contact your local office for approval before traveling outside the US.

6. Is there a charge to use other ATMS besides First Bank & Trust?
Yes there is. We charge $1 service fee in addition to what the institutions ATM will charge you for using theirs.

7. There are unauthorized charges on my card number, what do I need to do?
Notify your local office immediately. You will need to go to your local office to file a report and have a new card issued.

8. My card is declined when I use the debit option. Why?
Your card is a VISA CHECKCARD which means it operates as a credit card. Using the credit option helps us maintain free services for our customers. (Free Checking, On-line Banking, and Bill Pay)
