First Bank and Trust Company is seeking an experienced Full-Time Teller for the Harrisonburg, VA and Christiansburg, VA Branches. This position is responsible for providing professional, efficient and accurate financial transaction processing. The candidate should be detail oriented and provide superior customer service. The Teller will be responsible for identifying and promoting the Bank's products and services.

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Prior banking experience is required. CSR/Loan Processor - Abingdon, VA 

First Bank and Trust Company is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative/ Loan Processor for the West Abingdon Branch of First Bank and Trust. This position is responsible for providing efficient, professional quality customer services and will build customer relationship through product promotion and customer services to new and existing customers. As a Loan Processor the individual will prepare loan packages including loan commitment letters, obtaining credit reports, verifying information and ordering appraisals. The Customer Service Representative/Loan Processor will be responsible for soliciting, installing and supporting E-Commerce products and services.

Prior banking experience is preferred but not required. An associate's degree or higher in business or finance is preferred. The candidate must possess strong oral and written communication skills and must be self-motivated and able to work in a team environment. Trust Administrative Assistant - Staunton, VA

First Bank and Trust Company is seeking a Trust Administrative Assistant in Staunton, VA. Responsibilities include providing support and assistance to the Wealth Management Department of First Bank and Trust. In this role the individual will assist with the day to day operations of the Trust Department. The individual must provide superior and quality customer service to all current and prospective customers of First Bank and Trust Company.

An associate's degree in Accounting or Business is required. A minimum of two years Administrative Assistance or Accounting background experience is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and related software is required. Commercial Loan Officer - Lynchburg, VA 

First Bank and Trust Company is seeking a qualified Commercial Loan Officer for the Lynchburg area. The qualified individual must possess the proven ability to build a strong referral network, develop and grow both new and existing relationships, provide innovative solutions to customers and prospects, and demonstrate strong credit skills. The candidate must have at least 7 years of experience in commercial and small business lending with a proven track record. The candidate must be a team player.

Knowledge and experience in the Lynchburg are is preferred but not required. A four year degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration is preferred.
