By submitting your photograph(s) for consideration in the First Bank and Trust Company 2025 Photo Calendar Contest, you ("the Participant") acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Ownership and Rights: The Participant represents and warrants that they are the sole owner of the submitted photograph(s) and hold all necessary rights, including copyright, to grant permission for its use in the 2025 Photo Calendar (“the Calendar”). The Participant understands that any infringement of third-party rights in the submitted photograph(s) is their sole responsibility.
License to Use: The Participant grants First Bank and Trust Company ("the Organization") a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the submitted photograph(s) in the Calendar, promotional materials, and on the Organization's website and social media platforms, without further compensation.
Parental/Guardian Consent for Minors: If the Participant is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must submit the photograph on the Participants behalf. By checking the box below, the parent/legal guardian of the Participant gives consent for the use of the photograph submitted in the 2025 Photo Calendar.
Selection and Editing: The Organization reserves the right to select and edit submitted photographs for inclusion in the Calendar. While efforts will be made to credit the Participant for their work, the Organization is not obligated to do so.
Release of Liability: The Participant releases the Organization and its affiliates, employees, officers, and board of directors from any liability, claims, or demands related to the use of the submitted photograph(s) in the Calendar.
Publicity: The Participant agrees that their name and a brief description of the photograph may be used for promotional purposes related to the Calendar.
Calendar Distribution: The Organization will determine the distribution of the Calendar. The Participant will not receive any monetary compensation for the use of their photograph(s) in the Calendar.
Withdrawal of Submission: The Participant understands that, if their photograph(s) are selected for inclusion in the Calendar, they will not be able to withdraw their submission from the contest or Calendar once the selection process is complete.
Contest Rules: The Participant agrees to abide by all rules and guidelines set forth in the 2025 Photo Calendar Contest.
By checking the box below, the Participant confirms that they have read and understood this disclosure, and they grant permission for the Organization to use their photograph(s) in the 2025 Photo Calendar if selected.
