Cory B. Dotson Promoted to Senior Vice President – Market Executive at First Bank and Trust Company

WISE, Va., Jun. 5, 2025 – First Bank and Trust Company and its parent holding company, First Bancorp, Inc., are pleased to announce the promotion of Cory B. Dotson to Senior Vice President – Market Executive. With nearly 12 years of dedicated service to the organization and over 20 years of experience in the banking industry, Dotson brings a strong foundation of leadership and community banking expertise to this expanded role.

In his new position, Dotson will oversee the Wise, Norton, East Lebanon, West Lebanon, and Kingsport branches. His role will focus on expanding market share, enhancing client relationships, and leading local teams to achieve performance goals that align with the bank’s long-term strategic vision.
