Mercer as Vice President/Business Development Officer. With over 23 years of experience in the financial services industry, Heather brings a wealth of expertise in business development, client relationship management, and community engagement to her new role.

Heather’s extensive background in the financial industry is complemented by her strong commitment to the local community. She currently serves on several influential boards, including the Executive Board of the Wilson Chamber of Commerce and the Wilson Educational Partnership Board. Additionally, she is an active volunteer with multiple nonprofit organizations.

She also takes pride in maintaining a mini farm with her four pets.
