CLINTON, NC., Aug. 26 2026 – First Bank and Trust Co. of Virginia is pleased to announce the promotion of Gloria Heath to Vice President – Agricultural Lender. In this role, Heath will be responsible for maintaining and growing the Bank’s presence in the Clinton market and surrounding areas.
Heath brings extensive, hands-on experience in agricultural lending and financing, with a deep understanding of the financial needs and operational challenges facing farmers and agribusinesses throughout eastern North Carolina. Her background in structuring customized credit solutions, managing complex agricultural loan portfolios, and building long-term client relationships has made her a trusted advisor within the agricultural community.
