With seven years of experience in the financial services industry, Erica brings creativity, flexibility, and a strong customer-centric approach to her new role.

In her new role as Vice President/Commercial Lender, Erica will work closely with local businesses to provide tailored financial solutions, helping them secure the capital needed to grow and succeed. Erica’s career in the financial industry was inspired by her mother, a budget counselor for the Navy, whose passion for helping families get their finances in order left a lasting impression. "I’ve always been successful working in service-oriented roles, and when I saw how fulfilling it was for my mother to help others achieve financial stability, I knew I wanted to pursue a similar path," said Erica. "The past seven years have been incredibly rewarding, and I am excited for the future as I continue to help businesses thrive in our community."

Erica’s approach to financial services is rooted in her belief in continuous learning and a deep commitment to customer service. "I set myself apart through my creativity, flexibility, and the constant pursuit of knowledge," she said. "I hold myself to the highest standards of customer service and enjoy finding unique solutions to meet the specific needs of each customer."

As a community-oriented leader, Erica is dedicated to giving back to the region she serves. She currently serves on the boards of several local non-profits, including The Wayne Theatre, Augusta Regional Dental Clinic, and Blue Ridge CASA for Children. Additionally, Erica has contributed to local educational initiatives by teaching career enrichment courses on finance to middle school students.
